Here are the details:
I’m a person-centered therapist. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in reconnecting with your inherent wholeness.
My approach is rooted in warmth, compassion, and curiosity, drawing inspiration from the teachings of Jung and Rogers. I incorporate
basic neuroscience and polyvagal theory to help make sense of your experiences, while integrating approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) as needed.
For those who are creative, I believe that nurturing your artistic well-being is essential to the healing process. I love incorporating music and the arts into therapy when it feels meaningful for you.
Ultimately, my aim is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your sense of wholeness and navigate the ups and downs of life with greater ease and self-compassion. I look forward to meeting you!
